Refund policy

At DIAMOND, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to offer a smooth and reliable shopping experience. We follow a 'Return or Exchange' policy in the following cases:
- Damaged product (e.g., torn, sewing issues, or manufacturing defects).
- Incorrect product received (DIAMOND’s error).
- If the product did not meet your expectations or satisfaction (under specific conditions).

Orders Within Jordan

- Returns: Accepted only during the delivery process.

- Exchanges: Accepted within three (3) days from the delivery date.

- DIAMOND reserves the right to grant extensions for certain products or special cases at its sole discretion.

Orders Outside Jordan

- No returns or exchanges are allowed for any reason.

How to Submit an Exchange Request

To request an exchange, please contact us through the methods available on the 'Contact Us' page.

Make sure to provide the following information:

- Order number.

- Reason for the exchange request.

- Photos of the issue (if applicable), to help speed up the process.

Your request will be reviewed within one business day, and you will be notified of the result.

If the Exchange Request is Approved

If your request is approved, DIAMOND’s shipping and logistics team will schedule a pickup for the product to be exchanged and will contact you to coordinate the process.
