1. Order Cancellation Before Shipping
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been
processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with your order number via email
or WhatsApp.
2. After Order Has Been Processed or Shipped
Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
You may still be eligible for a return or exchange in accordance with our Return Policy.
3. Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment
method within 3–7 business days.
